NDGDA Scholarship

Eligibility: This scholarship opportunity is available to Ag students intending to enroll in an agricultural program at one of the following schools in North Dakota: Bismarck State College, Dakota College at Bottineau, Lake Region State College, Dickinson State University, North Dakota State University, Mayville State University, Valley City State University, NDSCS, and Williston State College. The programs that qualify for this scholarship are listed in the application linked below.

Coca-Cola Scholarship

Eligibility: This scholarship opportunity is available to students graduating in the 2025-2026 academic year. You must be attending college in the U.S. and be eligible for federal financial aid. Children or grandchildren of current or former employees of the Coca-Cola system are not eligible for this scholarship.

Dakota Valley Electric Scholarship

Eligibility: This scholarship opportunity is available to seniors whose parents are active members of Dakota Valley Electric Cooperative. This includes most rural students. You must be planning to enroll as a full-time student at an accredited college or vocational/technical school in the fall of 2026.

Foundation for Rural Service Scholarship

Eligibility: This scholarship opportunity is available to seniors that live in the service area of a current NTCA–The Rural Broadband Association member. Many of these companies also require the appliant to be a customer. They must also express an interest to return to a rural community following graduation, as discussed in the essay.

North Dakota Crop Improvement and Seed Association Scholarship

Eligibility: This scholarship opportunity is available to high school seniors of North Dakota that are or have a parent/guardian that is a member of the NDCISE. For this scholarship, you must be a full-time student (12+ credits per semester) and must be pursuing a career in agriculture.

Amount: 3 $1,000 scholarships

North Dakota Conservation District Employees Association Scholarship

Eligibility: Interested applicants are required to complete the application form and compose an essay of no more than 500 words on the topic chosen by the NDCDEA. Applicants will need to maintain at least a 2.5 GPA and be a full-time student. Scholarship will be paid after the President of the Association receives the previous semester’s transcript. The $1,000.00 will be sent to the school of attendance unless the recipient is a graduating college senior, in which case the scholarship monies will be paid directly to the recipient. If the scholarship winner does not maintain the 2.5 GPA, the second-place qualifier will be awarded the $1000.00. Essays will be judged by the NDCDEA board of directors. The scholarship winner will be notified following the selection.

DRN Scholarship

Eligibility: The applicant must be a graduating high school senior, be a United States citizen, be accepted by an accredited two- or four-year college, university or vocational-technical school in North Dakota, South Dakota, or Minnesota, have at least a C grade point average (GPA), express an interest to return to a rural community following graduation, and parents or guardians subscribe to DRN services.

  • Asian & Pacific Islander American Scholarship Fund – The nation’s largest non-profit organization devoted to providing college scholarships for Asian Americans and Pacific Islanders (AAPI).

  • American Indian College Fund – Provides Native American students with scholarships and financial support for the nation’s 33 accredited tribal colleges and universities.

  • Dell Scholars Program – Recognizes academic potential and determination in students that have a definite need for financial assistance.
